1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”) regulates relations in the sphere of protection of personal data of visitors to the website 72-ha OMB (hereinafter referred to as “Portal”).
By agreeing to the Policy - you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of preparing statistical, administrative and other information on vocational training.

- information related to your professional activity: place of work, position, specialty, etc.;
- with further use of the Portal, information about the feedback forms/electronic messages contained in the requests is automatically collected.
3. Purpose of collection, processing and use of personal data
The collection, processing and use of personal data is carried out for:
- organization of interaction of Portal subjects through personal accounts;
- provision of role access, including registration of Portal subjects;
- organization of interaction of Portal subjects through personal accounts;
- generalization and systematization of registers and structured data, in particular the formation of a list.
Personal data is stored for no longer than is necessary in accordance with the purpose of their collection, processing and use or until you terminate your use of the Portal by deleting your account.
4th. Access to personal data
Full access to the personal data of the registered subjects of the Portal is granted only to the authorized person of the Portal administrator.
5. Transfer of personal data to third parties
In accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, the Administrator of the PORTAL OUR ADDRESS does not transfer or disclose personal data received from the registered entities of the Portal to third parties.
The portal may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites and other resources on the Internet. These resources may be governed by their own rules of use and privacy. Resources and their content are not checked by us for compliance with requirements (authenticity, completeness, legality, etc.). 8. Your rights

- in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine to receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data;
- receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request (except for cases provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”) information regarding the processing and use of your personal data;
- to submit complaints about the processing of your personal data by the owner or controller of personal data to the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for human rights or to the court;
- apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on the protection of personal data;
- withdraw or not consent to the processing of your personal data.
